MUST HAVE ADOBE PHOTOSHOP ON THEIR OPERATING SYSTEM!

 

I would like to create something nice off of the picture I would attach to this file

 

YOU MUST USE ADOBE PHOTOSHOP!!!

 

You can use whatever picture you like, as long as you use features that are within ADOBE PHOTOSHOP to make the picture look equisite. It's for an art show. Preferbly the picture attached to this document.
