Some cultures use a particular drug.  Does this lead to using other drugs?  Why or why not?

If an employer suspects an employee is using drugs, what must the employer do?

Please ensure that you answer each aspect of this question.  Although it seems like two questions, it's one assignment.  It has to be at minumum 250 words.
