After reading the chapters in your text, as well as Chin, Clarke, Nocon, Casey, Goddu, Keesecker, and Cook's 2012 article, "A Roadmap and Best Practices for Organizations to Reduce Racial and Ethnic Disparities in Health Care," respond to the following:
