Discuss each national cuisine in terms of how they are made.

National Cuisine for Mexico

·         Mole poblano

·         Tamales

·         Carnitas

·         Tortas

National Cuisine for Spain

·         Gazpacho (cold tomato soup)

·         Cochinillo (Roast suckling pig)

·         Paella

·         Rabo de toro
