MUST BE NEW AND ORIGINAL WORK, AND IN APA FORMAT. ALL POINTS MUST BE CLEARLY COVERED. WORK CANNOT HAVE BEEN USED BY ANOTHER STUDENT..AN ASSIGNMENT EXAMPLE IS ATTACHED.

The ideas presented in the first four chapters of The Art of Thinking are key to this understanding the concepts that we will discuss throughout this course. We will build on these concepts throughout the remaining weeks through activities and assignments. 

Demonstrate your understanding of the concepts by summarizing the information in a creative style of note taking. Be sure to include your level of understanding of the key terms, ideas and theories from each chapter, including but not limited to:

                  Chapter 1:            Conceptual foundations of thinking

                                               The Brain and Mind at Work

                                               Meaningful discussion

                  Chapter 2:            Definitions of free will, determinism, and truth

                                               What is knowing and ways of knowing?

                                               Problems of remembering,

                                               Debating moral dilemmas

                  Chapter 3:            Habits that hinder thinking

                  Chapter 4:            How to be a critical reader, listener, and viewer
