Philosophy and Business Ethics

Philosophy plays a major role in understanding and evaluating business conduct. 
Please offer an explanation of Moral Virtue Theory, Duty Theory, and Utilitarianism. You should note how each of these theories would deal with an ethical issue, and a general explanation of the factors that each theory would consider in arriving at the ethical course of action.

Please then offer a comprehensive explanation of which theory you feel best represents your personal ethical viewpoint, noting why you feel this way.

Finally, please offer some explanation as to which theory you feel is most typically followed in the business world; this can come from prior experience, or simply some casual remarks as to what your perceptions are based on situations you have heard of or read about.

Additional Requirements

1. The body of the paper should be 2-3 full pages.
2. The paper should be in APA format (i.e., cover page, double-spaced, 12 pt. font, reference section at end, etc.).
3. The paper should include at least 2 peer-reviewed sources (must be accessible electronically!)
