36-43 of the Republic, a two page (typed and double spaced) summary of Glaucon’s  intensification of Thrasymachus’ argument at the beginning of Book II.  First Glaucon will say Thrasymachus let Socrates off too easily, and hewill challenge him to defend the just life more thoroughly.  Glaucon will first make an objection, then Adeimantus will add to it.  How do they challenge Socrates and what does each of them say?  Your task is to summarize one account or the other.
