In a word doc, in no less than 340 words and no more than 430 words, summarize how Carson thinks the common law principle of caveat emptor should be modified, including his criticism of Holley. (Reading 6.1, "The Ethics of Sales.")  a necessary condition of a successful quiz (credit) is that it has several footnotes citing the source you are interacting with. I'd say a safe minimum is three footnotes, citing source, page and paragraph number.
