Think about your experiences with ethical and philosophical dilemmas in your own life. You may want to consider an ethical dilemma you’ve encountered in your community, in the workplace, on the Internet, on television, in movies, or through social media like Facebook or Twitter. (For examples of possible dilemmas you may want to consider looking at The Ethicist column in the New York Times). Write a paper of approximately 500 words that includes the following:

•  A summary of an experience with one specific ethical issue
• An explanation of the thought process that shaped your response to the experience. Was it ethically, legally, morally based? Was it a combination of the three?
• An explanation of what you would do if local laws conflicted with your moral standing.
• Reasoning or justification a person would provide for a committing a potentially immoral act

Include a minimum of one source, which may consist of readings from the University Library, your text, and other selections.
