The first task of any consultant or coach is to diagnose the situation at hand. However, taking too narrow of a view can skew the diagnosis and hinder the creation of effective solutions. As a result, the application of systems theory is essential to effective consulting and coaching. In this assignment, you will write a paper that explores systems theory and its application to consulting and coaching in organizations.
