In your paper, you will need to address the following:

• Using Coach Dale as an example, identify situations where he demonstrated the four functions of management (planning, organizing, leading, and controlling).
• Identify the diversity challenges that Coach Dale had to face by coming into Hickory, a rural town in Indiana.
• Walk through the six decision-making steps to determine if you would have made the same decision as Coach Dale to kick the two players off of the team and to fire George.
• What leadership qualities did Coach Dale demonstrate to be able to bring the team together to win the championship?
