Your mission is to set up a subsidiary of that company in or around Los Angeles. Because this is a simulation, you write the 4-1/2 pages about how you will overcome the difficulties of bridging the two cultures (American and your group country).. 

Then divide into roles in order to run your “virtual” company. Some suggested roles are: CEO, Vice-President in charge of operations, Human Resource Supervisor, Cultural Advisor, Director of Marketing, Information Technology Manager, Vice-President of Customer Service.
