Persuasive Problem-solving paper

Write an 800 word persuasive problem-sovling paper. Explain a problem that exists at your job. Propose a solution and develop arguments for it. 

First paragraph will explain the problem

Second paragraph will detail a solution

Subsequent paragraphs will give reasons for accepting your solution

Final paragraph will be a conclusion which reiterates your claim or thesis (without repeating it word for word), emphasizes the importance of your proofs or examples, and appeals to the emotions of the reader.

PROBLEM AT MY JOB:

-I am a Finance Manager of a Roofing company

-Owner and General Manager are not disciplined in their spending of company money

-They allow managers to hire new employees at any wage they choose

-This makes other managers/employees spend excessively

-Company has financial issues

-Accountability needs to start at the Owner/General Manager level
