Persuasive essay 800-1000 words Conflicts of Renewable Energy

If you have access to Solar, Wind and Land: Conflicts in Renewable Energy by Troy Rule and can write a persuasive paper on chapter 6 or 8 only, that would be great.  If not, something similar will be fine.  Formatting not an issue.  Just word count, persuasive and on time.
