Budgeting for household expenses is a major aspect of personal finance. But as banking and credit cards and student loans get more and more complex, the more difficult it is to navigate the way we spend our money. Are Americans considered financially literate? Do they know how to budget? And where should people go to get reliable financial information? If you choose this topic, these are some of the ideas you might explore.
