Performance Management System

Regarding the Performance Management, there are two important systems, which are performance management and appraisal. Performance management is a system to identify the ways to achieve the organizational through to assessment and feedback to improve the performance. In your textbook on page 40 and 41, there are a list of questions. Select two to three questions to answer in your initial discussion post. Then respond to two other posts. These responses must show interaction with the texts and other related material which are properly cited. You must cite a reference in your post and all of your replies. The same reference may be used multiple times. You may use the book to be a reference.
