In the current society, the rate of sexual discrimination is increasing due insufficient regulations that will be at a position of reducing the act. The law enforcers have limited access to the conditions that will ensure the vice is reduced greatly within the stipulated timelines. Proper law enforcement agencies must be set up with the main aim of promoting the orientation guidelines for the gender discrimination. It is important for all the organization to work towards initiating the best practices that will help in solving the problems that might result due to sexual discrimination.

From the case study, Robin Shahar had just completed her education in the Emory Law School and was getting to commence her new job in the legal office. She had been previously been working as a clerk in the previous summer. She had also different preparation that could ensure that her job was well done without any contradiction. One of the employees who purported to know her did have to quit the job because of the information he heard of lesbianism. In addition, the employed claimed that Robin was ready to get married to another woman. The act was against the law and hence the beginning of victimization of the individual (Mirken, 2015). All the set opportunities were important but did not go well with individuals who did not believe in same sex marriage.  Despite of her continued fight to ensure that she was innocent, there was no law that supported the act in the entire state. Such hindrance made her to conclude that gays and lesbians were highly discriminated from the work place.

Based on the case study, information can be drawn concerning the sexual discrimination in the work place. Diversified level of information will be important in trying to illustrate what individuals can be able to perform when given the opportunity. All the set level of legal laws should be followed in coming up with the best approaches that will promote easy co-existence in the society. In addition, one has to be able to promote the level of awareness for the people to know rules governing a particular organization. It is essential for all the modalities to be set up with the aim of producing enhanced integration in the society. Properly designed modules will be able to promote a better society in the required way within the set limits of operation.

There is minimal research that helps in protecting lesbians and gays in the society we live today. Due to sex orientation, individuals with those qualities have been denied promotion in their work place due to what they believe is essential. All the set priorities in the work place should be set with the main reason of initiating a proper channel of solving problems that might exist. Most organization does not value the right of individuals who may be practicing the act (Alberta, 2010). In addition, discrimination will be initiated highly with those individuals who may not be happy with individuals practicing the same sex relationships due to the virtues of the society we reside.

It can be seen that such form of discrimination is rampant in the place of work. There is increased unequal treatment by other employees who may be lacking proper orientation. It can be seen that Shahar’s case tries to open up with problems the individual pass through at the expense of performing their daily activities. With such discrimination, an organization might end up losing employees and employ unqualified ones. There will be jokes of all sorts hence creating a hostile environment for individuals to operate. In addition, there will be lower returns for the organization due to the threatening atmosphere that exists.  The emergence of such entity will lead to lower output thus increasing the living standards of individuals who may lack the options of working in a neutral environment. The organization should have the best channels of ensuring that the individuals are protected. Operations in the organization should be based on the experience and knowhow for the task in place. The measures will thus prevent emergence of mistrust within the work place thus reducing the level of discrimination.

Sexual discrimination in the work place can result to enmity among the employees. Most employees will not be able to tolerate insults all the time. All the set guidelines will be essential in restoring harmony in the organization. In addition, there should be regulations that will help in protecting gays and lesbians. Despite of protection, the organization should be able to set up measures that will help in trying to curb the increase in the act (Searle, 2004). Setting up of priorities will promote, the level of entity promotion thus being able to eliminate the procedures at all the time.

Pressure to stay in closet by gays and lesbians can be another discrimination they may face in the place of work. It means they are able to keep a close relationship on with those individual they trust and believe that their secret will not be revealed to other people. They will work closely with few individuals who they think will not discriminate them at any given time. Setting of essential elements by the individuals will be a driving force towards safeguarding their image all the time. In addition, there should be efficient methods that will ensure the relevant information will not be an entity of creating tension. Setting up of measures can help in achieving a cool environment for operation for all individuals regarding a particular level of information in the society. Priorities for such measures will be essential in classifying the required approaches within the set time limits.

There is existence of fear among individuals who may be having the same sex relationship in the place of work. It is due to the discrimination they experience all the time from employees who mock them all the time. As a result, they will end up restricting themselves from certain areas in the organization hence being able to reduce the tension. In addition, it is important for the organization to value the well-being of such individuals hence setting up of measures that can be used to curb the menace. The presence of the regulations will be able to value what individuals may be destined to perform in the society at a given session or period.

Increasing level of biasness can also be a major factor leading to sex discrimination in the work place. The managing team of the organization may decide to offer job promotion while not considering those in sex same relationship. Such discrimination can lead to low returns hence reducing the priorities of performance. The organization should reduce such practices by promoting better co-existence that will lead to proper functionality and increased results for the sake of performance. In addition, the performance aspect should be set with the main goals of coming up with clear approaches thus being able to safeguard the rights of each individual.

Despite of all the discrimination levels in the place of work, proper guideline should exist for the purpose peaceful co-existence. The organization should produce numerous opportunities that will initiate increased results at all the time. Settling of disputes in the work place can be a healing factor towards sex discrimination.
