It is important to quantify them so we could examine them and put them in order of the strongest to weakest and then we could make decisions on what  to include in the system and then present the best system that the customer would like .

 Because piracy has increased in the open seas and oceans and has a hugh impact on trades that go over seas , all nation need an efficient space system that can identify   friendly ships ,track them and detect any piracy action . In addition , it would be desirable to also monitor the  ship that  go on cruses so people in vacation could have an extra piece of mind.This system would  provide location , speed , distance  and direction to the ships in the seas and oceans .

Ultimately, the Offices in charge of the safety and guidance of the ships on seas will use the data .The data will be presented in an easy way that make  reading the data not requiring any hard preparation . The  space system should be equipped with everything necessary to withstand the condition in the outer space .
