Paper on health in the community of Anahuac, Texas

I need this today. I know it is last minute but I need it done. it is MLA style and it is about the health in the community of Anahuac, Texas.  The first page is already written and it needs at least three more pages.  Graphs are allowed as well if need to be. Resources need to be cited as well a resource page.  The paper needs to be four pages long and I need to be an A paper.  Please read the first page before saying yes.  I will attach the paper and a few websites that the professor gave to help out.  Any questions please let me know. I need it in three hours if possible I am willing to pay for because I know it will be difficult to do.  It is okay if it is a little late but no later than an hour late.
