You are asked to analyze the collapse of Enron, a firm which was one of the champions of energy deregulation and grew up to be one of the nation's 10 largest companies in 2001.

For this, you have to do the followings:

How can you explain the Enron bankruptcy scandal as an example of Mishkin's concerns about asymmetric information problems in the securities markets?
