Choose a disease or condition from last week that you found particularly challenging. Describe the difficulty, and how you finally arrived at the code or traced back to the correct code. Be sure to include the steps, in detail, of how you arrived at the code starting with the alphabetical index and your cross reference to the tabular index.
Your initial submission should be 100-150 words minimum
