- Describe this leader/manager. What leadership characteristics do they have?
- Describe the leadership theory that best matches the leader, their leadership style, and any strengths/weaknesses they have? How well does the theory line up with the leader you chose?
- What insights does the theory give you about your leader/manager or your own future/current leadership style?
- What can you draw from the analysis to improve your management skills? Be specific
- Are any of the skills or styles you mentioned particularly useful for Health Services Administration, or your future career in Health care? How so and what?
