Choose one of the following stories and use it in your critique:

Answer the following questions in your critique:

1. Who is the narrator of the piece and what is the narrator’s point of view? Are they believable? Why or why not?
2. What is the tone of the piece? Find three examples from the text.
3. Which character was the most believable character? Why or why not?
4. If you were to write a thesis statement for this piece, what would it be? Why did you choose these particular main supporting ideas in your thesis?
5. If you could change at least two things about this story, what would they be? Why?

• Include an APA title page
• Include APA in-text citations wherever you reference the text.
• Include a reference page in APA format.
• Be objective and avoid using “I,” “you,” and “we.”
