1.  APA format - all written assignments in the course are in APA format and this being our last paper of the term, this should be clear by now.  I have been commenting on this throughout.  Many of you have picked up doing this quite well while some have yet to get it and continue to turn in papers that either are not or are only partially in APA format.  There is and has been a sample of an APA paper in the Doc Sharing section and early on I mentioned that and listed some resources. If you have not looked at them then you are wasting points. As the last of 4 papers, this one should be near perfect. It is not that difficult.

2.  That means, I expect to see an Introduction, Method, Results and Discussion section in this paper.  The introduction should set the stage - in this case, introduce the SLU Value of Personal Development, what it is, what it means, why it is important.  Personal development is central topic of the paper.  The Method should briefly discuss the methods/measures used to assess the areas of personal development, what areas and what measures (these are the workbooks you used - be sure you include citations).  TheResults should briefly summarize your results from completing those measures; the overall score(s), their meaning and your evaluations.  Then your Discussion ties all of this back to the SLU Value of Personal Development: What do these results tell you that is useful in seeking to maximize your personal development, how can they inform you or might they be used to help you evaluate and actualize your development?

It also means you need to properly cite your sources - at the very least, the workbooks that were used.

3.  Do not simply submit the workbooks and write-ups you have already submitted, either singly or just copied into one document; they represent your data and form the basis for writing this paper, but just submitting them all in one document, without writing a complete paper as noted above, will not fulfill this assignment. YOU DO NOT NEED TO SUBMIT THE WORKBOOKS - THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN SUBMITTED.
