Is Outsourcing Really the Way to Go

Is Outsourcing really the way to go? In my opinion, there are three questions management of a corporation needs to ask their selves before considering outsourcing: 1) How much is your time really worth? 2) How much is your money worth to you? 3) Is anyone going to provide the quality of work you are expecting?
