Outsourcing

Think about outsourcing from two different perspectives – as a company doing the outsourcing and as a company acting as the outsourcer. Are some types of businesses better if outsourced?  Are there any types of businesses that should never be outsourced? Why or why not? In your response, include the initial steps a business should take when outsourcing their product/ service, or one who accepts outsourced contracts.
