You must provide a 1-page outline of your paper by the end of Week 3.  Your outline must include citations to at least three references (other than your textbook) and a brief summary of each reference that describes its content and how it will help support your paper.

Make sure to adhere to APA Style Guidelines and submit your one page word processed document. 
 
Instructor's Note: What I really care about here is the outline itself.  This should be the framework for your research paper, and the key here is RESEARCH. Your peer reviewed research should drive the paper.  Learn to paraphrase!!!  The way to approach your research paper:
 
1.  Topic - Computer Virus

 
2.  Pick a thesis for your paper.  This is an intellectual argument that you want to defend or point you want to make.
 
 
 
- Now you review your peer reviewed sources and develop an outline of the material you are going to present that supports your thesis.  In an academic environment, you use peer reviewed research to defend an argument.  
 
- After your outline write your paper using paraphrased citations to the maximum extent.  Don't litter your paper with direct quotes, the proper way to write your paper is to review your research topic from your outline, put the material into your own words and cite your sources as you go.
