1.  Write a paragraph (or two) defining a SWOTT analysis, be sure to distinguish internal versus external forces.

2.  Write a paragraph (or two) describing Outback Steakhouse.

3.  Include the mission statement for Outback Steakhouse.

4.  Conduct a SWOTT analysis for Outback Steakhouse.

You should list several items in each of the SWOTT categories.  After you have listed the items in their categories, then choose 3 from each category and tell WHY it is a Strengh, Weakness, Opportunity, or Threat.
