Organize project plan

Need to do a project of organizing a company offsite two day training session which people are brought in from different parts of the country.  From preparation, accommodations and facilities.  Creat a MIcrosoft Project file which includes: Create a work Breakdown Sturcture (WBS) that includes all project tasks (hierarchically grouped) and durations.  Establish task precedence relationships.  show milestones and deliverables.
