In today's business environment, ethical behavior and practice have become an essential aspect of any organization. The foundation for ethical behavior can come in many forms, however. For this discussion:

• Explore current issues in ethics, and propose a foundation for your organization's ethical practices, such as going green or fair labor standards.
• Explain why the foundation is appropriate for your organization and how it could be incorporated into the road map for your organization's future.
