I am going to analyze, compare and contrast the organizational culture of Adidas AG and Nike. They both global company Adidas AG is a Germany company and Nike is a United States company and I want to analyze what kind of sport they focus on. I want to compare their culture. Also, I want to compare what kind of material they choose for same kind of sport’s shoes. Whether they focus on more comfortable or more fashionable.
