Throughout this course, you will work on an 8- to 10-page paper on an organizational behavior problem or opportunity in one of the companies highlighted in the text. Your task is to research and present the organization you choose, identify the organizational behavior problem or opportunity, and recommend a course of action to address the opportunity or problem. In Weeks 3, 6, and 9, you will have an opportunity to get instructor and learner feedback on your project.

This week, you will select your project company and topic and share it with the class. In this week's class discussion, you will share your motivation for choosing the company and topic and provide potential sources of content. You must specify and describe your project selection and provide at least other five learners with feedback on their selections to receive full points for the discussion.
