You will discuss what is functioning well and where you see dysfunctional interactions. You will also come up with ideas of how to encourage the positive aspects and address the negative aspects.
Write a proposal of approximately 900 words in which you do the following:
- Include a sociogram of your organization that describes how people interact that includes conflict, negotiations, power, politics, and leadership. (An example of a sociogram is attached below.)
- Analyze the entire organization or one division or department.
- Identify what is functioning well and what is dysfunctional in the interactions you analyze.
- Propose methods to strengthen the positive aspects and address the negative aspects.
Include at a minimum of two scholarly sources in addition to your textbook to support your analysis.
