OPL using CPLEX Optimizer help

Dear Sir/Madam

I am working on virtual network mapping modelling Using IBM ILOG Optimization ? Mathematical Programming OPL using CPLEX Optimizer.

If you have experience with OPL using CPLEX Optimizer by IBM please contact me.

All the optimazation equations and constraint are ready. I need some one to help code it using CPLEX. 

My work is Virtual network mapping , the Mixed integer programming (objective and constraints are ready) i need to code it in CPLEX so it can be solved. 

In the attached file you find the base paper for the work, the objective function and constraints well explained. 

my work is similar to the work in this paper .
