Hi, I have to complete an Operations Plan: Facilities and Equipment segment on a startup company on renewable energy. Attach is what I have for this made up renewal energy company.

Transportation needs, such as proximity to rail, interstate highways, or airports, can also be important

Business location, term of the lease, prior renters of the building before our company? Square footage of the building? Does the building need to be remodel?

Layout of the building;

How many offices? Restrooms, kitchen, reception area, mechanical service area

Don’t forget to include room for expansion if you anticipate growth.
