=> Identify the 5 stages of a project and what you will include in each phase.(check THE ''PP'')

=> Be sure to include:

-  Overview of project – description

-  What you hope to achieve as an outcome

-  Estimated budget

-  Estimated timeline – prepare a ghant chart

-  WBS

-  Develop a Project organization – Who will do what? Vendor, self etc

-  Complete an analysis of risk – SWOT

----Turn in WITH a cover sheet.
