Based on the knowledge obtained in this course and previous course work, you examine and conduct an in-depth analysis of an issue related to service management. Select an issue related to service management that interests you. Here are some examples of issues: “How service management in Europe differs from the US”, “Challenges in Managing Off-shore Services”, and “Cross-Cultural Management in International Services” Since the idea is not to repeat what is already covered in the textbook, pick a topic that goes beyond what is covered in the textbook. Make sure that you include as many real-life service examples as possible while discussing the selected issue.
