Operations and supply chain management

I need help developing an operations plan for a single owner/operator business. I have started this and have the basic information. The steps include the folowing:

1. Using the outline in the program plan (Project - Program Plan Outline) that you created in Week 1, complete the introduction, incorporating your Project - Portfolio.

2. Complete the executive summary.

3. Revise and add documents from each of the following assignments:

   1. Project - Operations Plan

   2. Project - Quality Plan

   3. Project - Supply Chain Plan

   4. Project - Transportation and Logistics Plan

4. Add Project - Purchase and Inventory Plan

5. Add a brief conclusion to your plan.
