Sally is a new office manager for a large medical practice that provides healthcare services in three separate states. In the chaos of learning a new position, she has overlooked the re-credentialing packet for one of the physician's out-of-state licenses. Although this was left behind by the previous manager, Sally must now deal with the consequences of trying to get this suspended license reestablished.
