The firm that you reserached sounds like it has sound tools in place for global negotiations in other host countries. Are the solutions that they use effective and operate in the clients best interest, ethical, and legal all around? I asked because this is interesting and useful information.  Is the law firm of Atsumi & Sakai the only noted firm in Japan or are there a few more that compete for global business?
