• Find a real case/situation online that involved the selected term.  It can also be a real process from a company listed “online” that can be searched.  No examples from your work(that’s too easy.)
• The title of your blog entry should include the terminology first, then company/hotel, 1-2 word explanation of situation.
• Example;  Hotel No-Show – Imperial Entertainment Group, Lil Wayne $430k 
• Cite your source - At the end of your post, you must paste the web address of your incident/case.
• Answer these questions
• What are the details of the case/situation/process?
• How would the situation regarding your selected terminology affect the General Manager?
• What can the GM do to avoid or improve on the situation/case/process?
• Optional question - How does this compare/contrast to what happens in the organization where you work?
