This exercise consists of creating a project plan for a future project. Working in Microsoft Project, you will create a task list, including summary tasks and their sub-tasks, create links between tasks and their predecessors, and set up some resources. Think of a project you have in the future or a project you would consider undertaking. Set a start date for your project of March 1, 2014. Create at least 10 tasks, including the duration, and any predecessors that make logical sense in the progression of the project. The project must include at least 2 summary tasks with the rest as sub-tasks. Create and set up at least 5 resources, with at least one resource per type (work, material, and cost). Assign these resources to tasks to appropriate tasks in your project.
