I need a one page response 

1. Read the attached article in this tab and make sure you have also read the DNR frequently asked questions document posted in the module.  Then answer the following questions based on your text reading, and the assigned articles.

   Your answers should be 1-2 pages in length and cover the following questions:  1) what are the different type of DNR orders in the state of Ohio?, 2) what does it mean to give informed consent and when parents or guardians are making the decision on behalf of the child what are some ethical issues that may need to be considered?, 3) as a teacher in the classroom what concerns would have if you had a child with a DNR order in your classroom?  and 4) if you are currently working in a school find out if your district has a DNR policy in place (your school nurse may be able to answer that question).
