1) Go through the 10 Operanagment Management Strategies and do a SWOT analysis on each of those.

2) Develop a plan to introduce new techniques that we discussed in class that can improve their OM strategies.  What are the pros and cons of those decisions.

3)  Create a list of 10 questions you would ask management about possible changes and;

4)  Define 4 different models that would be helpful for manageable.  (you do not need to create a full model, just the skeleton and setup of one.
