    The final project will help you determine you "best fit" in physician office revenue cycle process. Through the six weeks of this course you have learned about the processes and steps in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle. Now you have the opportunity to pull your learning together in a 12-16 Powerpoint slide presentation to your fellow learners.

    To prepare for this assignment:

    • Review the revenue cycle process from your text
    • Consider the roles available in a physicians office such as: receptionist, clinical patient care provider, office manager, billing specialist, etc.
    • Consider impact of errors and risks or ethical dilemmas the chosen role might experience or anticipate

    With this in mind,

    Prepare a 12-16 slide Powerpoint presentation including a title slide and reference slide (can be included in slide count) that reviews the revenue cycle process from the perspective of the role chosen. Be sure to consider the essential impact of errors, risks or ethical dilemmas that you may experience and anticipate in working in this role. Include at least one flow chart or organizational chart that will define your chosen role within a physicians office and the revenue cycle. Creativity counts.
