You have been asked to help a friend understand and cope with their recent diagnosis of type II diabetes. You will need to research and come up with a care plan that is at least 500 words in length for your friend. Your care plan should include:

1. an explanation of type II diabetes (What goes wrong?)
2. a description of how to control type II diabetes (without insulin)
3. a description of a diabetic diet, with 3 days of sample meal plans
4. a description of the importance of exercise in controlling diabetes and a sample work-out routine

You will write up the care plan for your friend in a way that is easy to understand.
