Your team has been hired to lead an educational effort at a local hospital. (No fake hospitals please).
The educational need your team identifies must be one that ALL team members have some familiarity and interest in studying and it must be a broad topic that impacts the entirety of the hospital (MRSA control, Informatics issues, Quality, Joint Commission, etc).

In Week Six, the Learning Team must design a professional development program that meets the education needs of the hospital/target staff group in the facility (e.g. nurses or physicians, etc).
