Select a theorist associated with a specific health care setting. Possibilities include, but are not limited to, Watson, Johnson, or Orem.

Obtain instructor approval for your theorist in Week Two.

Write a 350- to 700-word overview of the theoretical framework of your selected theorist. Include an analysis of the critical components of the conceptual nursing model and theory used in nursing.

Develop and present a plan for the application of the model into the clinical setting, including the in-service education required to facilitate the change.

Present the educational plan in a creative way, such as with a poster, flyer, video, DVD, or slide presentation.
