North Korea

Dr. Roehrig discusses a number of concerns with North Korea.  Our National Security Strategy (p. 24) attached document) announces a “Rebalance to Asia and the Pacific.”  First, identify one concern with North Korea.  Then, using the instruments of national power (DIME) (Diplomacy, Information, Military, and Economy ) as a framework, select one instrument and propose an action that would mitigate that concern.  Explain your reasoning in 250 words.
