Very few questions are raised about what “good” means. Society wants “good” healthcare, “good” education, “good sources of energy,” etc., and national discussions revolve around how to achieve that “good.”
Briefly describe each side of the policy option (proponent and opponent) and evaluate the role of the mass media as a channel for government, organization, and the common citizen to raise the awareness of the policy area. How does raising awareness and provoking the discussion of policy options contribute to attaining the common “good”?
